Spain's Real Madrid Club has announced that its Brazilian player Vinicius Junior has been injured.
In a statement on Real Madrid's official website, it was reported that after undergoing medical examinations, an injury was detected in Vinicius's left hamstring.
While no statement was made regarding the recovery process for Vinicius, who suffered similar injuries twice last season, the Spanish press claims that the successful player could be sidelined for a month.
It is stated that Vinicius, who remained on the pitch for 90 minutes in yesterday's match against Leganes in the 14th week of Spain's La Liga, began to feel pain while heading to the locker room and underwent checks this morning.
Meanwhile, due to the fact that the Brazilian player will not be able to play in the Champions League away match against Liverpool on November 27, some Spanish newspapers have suggested that the strongest candidate to replace Vinicius is Arda Güler.
