Galatasaray Club Doctor Yener İnce made statements regarding the players' injuries on the club's YouTube channel.
Stating that they are in communication with federations regarding the players' departures for national teams, Yener İnce said, "It is not possible to prevent them from going due to regulations, but we make a great effort to ensure they are not put at risk. We closely follow the treatment processes of our players who go, and we ensure that there are no disruptions under the supervision of physiotherapists."
Emphasizing that they have never given a timeline for any player's injury in his career and that rehabilitation processes proceed in phases, İnce stated, "I request that you do not rely on the statements of those who give timelines without examining the player or seeing the MRI. Biological processes vary from player to player."
"Osimhen has joined team training"
Touching on the latest status of the injured players, Club Doctor Yener İnce continued his speech as follows:
"Wilfried Singo does not have a chronic injury. He had an injury in his left hamstring last year and his right hamstring this year. He has started field work and his treatment is going well.
Victor Osimhen had a serious hematoma in his muscle group, which we drained using a special method. He joined team training yesterday, but we do not want to take any risks; we will evaluate it day by day.
Mario Lemina's treatment is complete, the pain in his knee has passed, and he is participating in team training. Roland Sallai's treatment has also gone very well, and he is participating in part of the training sessions. We will act according to the test results for all three of our players."
