Is Christian Eriksen transferring to Galatasaray?

It had been claimed that Manchester United player Christian Eriksen was on Galatasaray's agenda. The experienced footballer made assessments regarding his situation at the English club.

Speaking to Tipsbladet, Christian Eriksen explained that he is unhappy because he is not playing regularly. Eriksen said:

"I've had a conversation with Erik ten Hag about the fact that I'm of course unhappy with the situation and that I want to play as much as possible. He said that this is the team he has chosen and that Kobbie is doing well, and the rest of the midfield is also doing well, so there is competition for places, which is expected when you play for a top club."

Stating that he wants to play for a team where he can get regular playing time, the experienced star hinted that he could leave the team during the summer transfer window.

Eriksen said, "Of course, you can be worried in the long run because I want to play as much as possible. You don't want to sit on the bench. That's not my approach."

On the other hand, Christian Eriksen's name has been linked with Galatasaray for some time. In a report in The Sun, it was claimed that Galatasaray held talks with the Danish midfielder last month.

The report also emphasized that in addition to Galatasaray, his former team Brentford stands as another option for Christian Eriksen.
