A rare incident occurred on the football pitch while Fenerbahçe was continuing its preparations for the Trabzonspor derby.
Manager Jose Mourinho fell to the ground after colliding with İsmail Yüksek during training.
It was reported that Mourinho, who left the pitch limping, had sustained a minor injury.
Mourinho shared a video of the collision on his social media account, adding the note: “Lesson to young coaches; Never wear the same color as the players… they can pass you the ball… or kick you in the back.”
In a statement he made on social media today, the experienced manager said that his health is good and that he is ready for the Trabzonspor derby to be played on Sunday.
