Jannik Sinner advances to the French Open final
Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner defeated Novak Djokovic 3-0 in the French Open semifinals, earning the right to face Carlos Alcaraz in the final.
On the 13th day of the French Open tournament held in Paris, world number one Jannik Sinner faced Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic, who holds 24 Grand Slam titles.
In a match that lasted three hours and 16 minutes, Sinner eliminated his opponent by winning the sets 6-4, 7-5, and 7-6.
With this victory, Sinner reached the French Open final for the first time in his career.
In the final, he will face the defending champion, Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz. The men's singles final will be played on Sunday, June 8.
