In a video shared on his social media account, the English goalkeeper stated, "I will do my best to finish this season successfully. Thank you for your unwavering support."
The 36-year-old Hart played for prominent English clubs such as Manchester City and Tottenham, and represented the England national team 75 times.
Throughout his career, he achieved the success of winning the English Premier League and the Scottish Premiership twice each.
