DEFEATED GERMANY ON PENALTIES

The round of 32 matches have begun in the 2026 World Cup, co-hosted by the USA, Mexico, and Canada. The match between Paraguay and Germany ended in a 1-1 draw in regular time.

As the score remained unchanged during extra time, the match went to a penalty shootout. Paraguay secured a 4-3 victory over their opponent on penalties, booking their place in the round of 16.
