Kaan Ayhan made a statement following the match in which Galatasaray defeated Kasımpaşa.
In his statement, Kaan Ayhan said, "We won, that is the most important thing. We see the importance of the victory in this busy fixture. Our rival Fenerbahçe is also continuing at a high tempo. There is no such thing as playing for a draw."
Kaan Ayhan also added, "We conceded a goal from a set-piece; it was a simple goal. I am understanding Lucas Torreira better with each passing day. I have started to learn when and where I will meet the ball. Lucas has a style of play from last year, and I am adapting to him. I congratulate my teammates."
