Kenan Yıldız makes Champions League history
Our national football player Kenan Yıldız, who plays for Juventus, has made history by scoring the first goal of both his own career and the new Champions League format.

Hosting PSV, the black-and-whites took a 1-0 lead with the national player's goal in the 21st minute. At 19 years and 135 days old, Yıldız became the youngest player in Juventus history to score in the UEFA Champions League.
The previous record belonged to Alessandro Del Piero, who scored against Borussia Dortmund on September 13, 1995 (at 20 years and 308 days).
