Konyaspor legend Skubic in his new role!

Nejc Skubic, the former player who spent 6 seasons at Konyaspor, has started a new role with the green-and-white team. It has been announced that the 34-year-old Slovenian football figure has been hired as the Professional Football and Scout Consultant at Konyaspor.

Konyaspor's statement is as follows:

''One of our legendary players, Nejc Skubic, has been appointed to the position of Professional Football and Scout Consultant at our club, Konyaspor.

Skubic, who began his career at Slovenian Super League team NK Interblock Ljubljana, went on to play for Ivancna Gorica, Drava Ptuj, Otelul Galati, and NK Domzale.

Nejc Skubic, who played successfully for our club Konyaspor between 2016 and 2022, was part of our squad during the period when we won the Turkish Cup and the Super Cup. Having won the great affection of our fans during his time at Konyaspor, Skubic retired from football at our club.
