Look at what Ali Koç said about Ferhat Gündoğdu! 'As long as I am alive...'

In the "Referees File" investigation conducted under the coordination of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 7 people, including Central Referee Board (MHK) President Ferhat Gündoğdu, were detained.

It was stated that the investigation is being carried out regarding accusations of "forgery of official documents" and "torment," and that the operation was conducted simultaneously in 4 provinces. Following the detention orders, the statements made by former Fenerbahçe president Ali Koç last year after his meeting with Turkish Football Federation (TFF) President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu have returned to the agenda in the football community.

At the time, Koç stated that he had conveyed his allegations regarding the refereeing community to the TFF management; he had made assessments regarding forgery of documents, the sharing of exam questions and manipulation, the favoritism of certain referees, and the mobbing of others.

Ali Koç had also used harsher language regarding the MHK management, alleging that pressure was being exerted on some referees. Koç had stated that whether or not the TFF investigates these allegations is at the discretion of the federation.

"Now I am calling out to Turkey from here, clearly. As long as my heart beats in this body, the entire country will see, one way or another, what Mr. Ferhat Gündoğdu is, who he is, and what he represents. Because things cannot go on like this."
