Manchester City climbs to the top of the Premier League

Manchester City, which defeated Luton Town 5-1 in the English Premier League, has taken the top spot in the league with a game in hand.

The goals that brought the emphatic victory to the Manchester side were scored by Daiki Hashioka (own goal) in the 2nd minute, Mateo Kovacic in the 64th minute, Erling Haaland (penalty) in the 76th minute, Jeremy Doku in the 87th minute, and Josko Gvardiol in the 90+3rd minute.

The visiting team's only goal came from Ross Barkley in the 81st minute.

Following this victory, Manchester City rose to the top of the table with 73 points and a game in hand, while Luton Town, which is fighting to avoid relegation, remained at 25 points.
