Manchester United flies Turkish flag at stadium in honor of Altay Bayındır
English Premier League side Manchester United has flown the Turkish flag at its stadium in honor of Altay Bayındır, the first Turkish player to wear their jersey.
On its social media account, Manchester United shared footage of the Turkish flag being hoisted at Old Trafford Stadium, along with the message, "Flying the Turkey flag high in honour of our first Turkish Red."

Manchester United, for whom national goalkeeper Altay Bayındır made his debut, visited Newport County last week in the 4th round of the English FA Cup, winning the match 4-2 to advance to the 5th round of the tournament.
