Mert Günok shock at Beşiktaş: Will he be able to play in the Galatasaray derby?
It was announced that a tendon injury was detected in the left shoulder of goalkeeper Mert Günok at Beşiktaş, who hosted Konyaspor in the 9th week of the Süper Lig.

The statement said, "Following the trauma he experienced in his left shoulder during a play in our Football A Team's match against Tümosan Konyaspor, our player Mert Günok's condition was evaluated, and an MRI scan performed at Acıbadem Altunizade Hospital revealed a tendon injury in the left shoulder upper muscle group (supraspinatus). Our medical team has begun treatment for Mert Günok."

WILL HE PLAY IN THE DERBY?
The 35-year-old goalkeeper will not be able to play in the UEFA Europa League match to be held on Thursday, October 24, against Lyon, nor in the Galatasaray derby to be held on Monday, October 28.
