The best goal of the opening matches in the 2024 European Football Championship (EURO 2024) group stage has been determined. The goal scored by Mert Müldür in the National Team's 3-1 victory over Georgia was selected as the best goal of the first round of matches played in the tournament.
In a post on UEFA's EURO 2024 social media account, it was stated regarding Mert's goal that "Mert Müldür's insane volley is crowned as Goal of the Round winner."

Romania's Stanciu's goal against Ukraine took 2nd place, while the goal scored by Barella in the Italy vs. Albania match took 4th place.
