A notable statement has come from the Eintracht Frankfurt side regarding the future of national footballer Can Uzun, whose name was linked with Galatasaray for a long time during the transfer window.
The Bundesliga team's Austrian manager, Adi Hütter, spoke about the 20-year-old attacking midfielder's situation at the club. Hütter stated that he has the impression that Can Uzun feels comfortable at Eintracht Frankfurt.
''I also have a very good relationship with him. I just want to develop this young player even further. There are a few more points he needs to improve.''
Responding to a question about whether Can Uzun will remain with the team in the new season, Hütter stated that he has no information to suggest the player's departure.
''I haven't heard anything to the contrary. I do not get involved in speculation. I have never done that.''
The message was conveyed that Can Uzun, who has 3 years left on his contract with Eintracht Frankfurt, is included in the German club's plans for the new season despite developments during the transfer window.
