Milan Skriniar, who played on loan for Fenerbahçe in the second half of last season, has arrived in Istanbul to advance transfer negotiations ahead of the new season.
The Yellow-Navy Blues are continuing their transfer efforts for the 2025-2026 season. Milan Skriniar, who joined the squad on loan in the second half of last season, will wear the Fenerbahçe jersey again next season. The Yellow-Navy Blues have reached an agreement with the French club Paris Saint-Germain, and the Slovakian center-back has arrived in Istanbul to advance transfer negotiations and undergo a medical examination.
Arriving with Fenerbahçe Football Director Devin Özek, the 30-year-old footballer entered Istanbul via the General Aviation Terminal at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at approximately 19:45 on a private flight from Paris. After completing passport procedures, Skriniar left the area by boarding a vehicle waiting for him at the airport.
Meanwhile, footage of the experienced player at the airport was also displayed on the stadium's giant screens before the Fenerbahçe - Lazio match, and he was applauded by the fans following the announcement.
Milan Skriniar played in 23 matches across all competitions for Fenerbahçe in the 2024-2025 season, recording 3 goals and 2 assists.
