On the other hand, according to another decision taken to prevent players who suffer injuries from wasting time, if players who suffer an injury do not get up within 15 seconds, they will be taken to the sidelines for 2 minutes.
According to another decision taken by the MLS management, if a player leaving the game does not exit from the nearest point within 10 seconds, the substitute player entering the game will have to wait for 1 minute.
It has not yet been clarified when the 2024 MLS season will begin.
