After catching the attention of scouting teams at Egypt's Zamalek club, Mostafa Mohammed transferred to Galatasaray and was subsequently loaned to French Ligue 1 side Nantes with a purchase option at the beginning of the 2022/23 season. 

Mohamed, who transferred from Galatasaray to Nantes last season for 5 million 750 thousand euros, has appeared in 18 official matches so far this season. While he has recorded 7 goals and 1 assist in these matches, a flash transfer claim regarding the goalscorer has emerged.

According to a report in Fanatik, Mostafa Mohamed, whose contract with Nantes expires in 2027, is considering leaving the French team at the end of the season. 

According to reports in the French press, Mostafa Mohamed will leave Nantes in the summer transfer window for a fee exceeding 10 million euros. The report stated that Mostafa Mohamed's next destination will be Turkey once again.
