MotoGP champion to be decided in Spain
The champion of MotoGP, the premier motorcycle racing organization, will be determined at the Valencia Grand Prix, the 20th and final race of the season hosted by Spain.
The qualifying laps for the race, which will be held at the 4-kilometer Ricardo Tormo Circuit in the city of Valencia, will begin tomorrow at 12:50 TSI, and the 13-lap sprint race will start at 17:00 TSI on the same day.
The main race will take place on Sunday, November 26, at 17:00 TSI over 27 laps.
Ducati Lenovo team's Italian rider Francesco Bagnaia will guarantee the championship if he finishes 4 points ahead of Jorge Martin after the sprint race. Otherwise, the championship battle will move to Sunday.
The standings in the riders' classification before the Valencia Grand Prix are as follows:
1. Francesco Bagnaia (Italy): 437 points
2. Jorge Martin (Spain): 416
3. Marco Bezzecchi (Italy): 326
4. Brad Binder (South Africa): 268
5. Johann Zarco (France): 204
