Murat Sancak announces he has stepped down as president of Adana Demirspor

Following Adana Demirspor's 3-1 loss to Samsunspor in the Süper Lig, club president Murat Sancak announced that he has resigned from his position.

In a written statement issued by Murat Sancak, it was stated, "As of October 7, Bedirhan Durak has been appointed as the President of Adana Demirspor." 

Sancak's statement is as follows: 

"As of 07/10/2024, Mr. Bedirhan Durak has been appointed to the position of President of ADANA DEMİRSPOR.

In the coming period, as Murat Sancak, I will soon share with you all the truths regarding what has happened in the past, present, and future, including the gang-like activities, the manipulations, and the attempts to consume ADANA DEMİRSPOR. The farewell decision I made today is a decision I had made before today's match. Our ADANA DEMİRSPOR has been brought to this state by, so to speak, blood-sucking individuals, and it is my duty to reveal these individuals one by one with everything they have done, first to our community and then to the public. To the true ADANA DEMİRSPOR fans and all the friends I have walked with who have given their hearts to the blue and navy colors, I say, 'please forgive me and grant me your blessing.'

If I have any rights over you, I grant them all to you. It was not possible for me to continue on this path with people who have sold their souls for their own financial interests... I would also like to add as a footnote that; to those people rubbing their hands together, whose transfer conditions I have previously announced, you will be waiting for a long time... You and your superiors will never be able to take over this CLUB and you will not reach your goals.
