Yıldız Holding Board Member Murat Ülker is among Turkey's wealthiest businesspeople, with a net worth of 5.4 billion dollars according to Forbes Magazine. Known for his loyalty and support for Fenerbahçe, Ülker is now in the spotlight for the deal he made with Galatasaray's Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen.
Ülker paid Osimhen 1.5 million Euros for his brand's advertising campaign. This figure has been recorded as the highest amount ever paid for a footballer to appear in a commercial in Turkey.
Ülker had previously hung a Galatasaray flag on the holding's building to celebrate Galatasaray's Süper Lig championship.
