The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) has changed the dates for the matches to be played in the 27th week of the Trendyol Süper Lig due to the A National Football Team's 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches.
In the federation's statement, it was noted that "Prior to our A National Team's play-off matches in March, which are of critical importance for participation in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the dates for the Trendyol Süper Lig Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season 27th week matches, originally scheduled for March 20, 21, and 22, have been changed to March 17, 18, and 19."
Furthermore, the statement indicated that if teams competing in Europe advance to the round of 16 in the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Conference League, which are scheduled for March 17-19, their league matches for the 27th week will be postponed to a later date.
