According to a report in Sözcü, Fred has brought his personal trainer, with whom he previously worked in England, to Istanbul.
In addition to team training, the Brazilian star's personal trainer applies strengthening exercises and conducts injury-prevention workouts with cardio exercises.
Fred was unable to play in the Süper Lig's first-week match against Adana Demirspor this season due to an injury.
