The Central Referee Committee (MHK) has announced that the Second Assistant Video Assistant Referee (AVAR 2) application will be reinstated in Trendyol Super Lig matches starting from September 24, 2025.
The following statements were included in the information provided by the committee:

Within the scope of this program, which was successfully implemented in the Trendyol 1st League last season, the match official designated as AVAR 2 will observe the operational process of the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system. The AVAR 2 official has no authority or responsibility to intervene in the decision-making processes during matches.
