Penalty statement from Kerem Aktürkoğlu: I apologize
There was no winner in the match at the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Kadir Has Stadium. Kerem Aktürkoğlu, one of the star players of the National Team, made statements following the 0-0 draw against Wales.
Addressing the penalty he missed, Kerem said, "We thank the people of Kayseri; there was a wonderful atmosphere.
We wanted to gift them a victory, but we couldn't do that because of the penalty I missed. We couldn't reach League A, which we deserved. For this reason, I apologize to our people. I hope we do what is necessary in the Montenegro match and reach League A.
We go into every match to win. It was like this before, and it will be like this in the Montenegro match as well. Once again, I apologize for the penalty I missed." he said.
Answering the question, "What elixir raised your form like this?" Kerem said, "I am not in a position to talk about this right now, brother, I hope we make up for it."
Later, to the comment, "Then we expect something from you in Montenegro," he replied, "God willing."
