PFDK hands Milan Skriniar a 2-match ban

The decisions taken by the PFDK following today's meeting are as follows:

"1- Antalyaspor Club is to be fined 440,000 TL for field incidents caused by its fans during the Antalyaspor-Trabzonspor Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 30.01.2026, in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT (Football Disciplinary Instructions). In accordance with Article 52/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of spectators located in the west lower C block of the west lower tribune, where the fans involved in the field incidents were located, are to be blocked, preventing their entry to the next home match,

In the same match, Antalyaspor Club is to be fined 220,000 TL for non-compliance with instructions due to failure to adhere to the schedule, in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Antalyaspor Club technical official Sami Uğurlu is to be banned from entering the locker room and the substitute bench for 3 official matches, in addition to the match he was already excluded from due to receiving a double yellow card, and fined 80,000 TL for insulting the match referee, in accordance with Articles 41/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT,

2- Eyüpspor Club is to be fined 220,000 TL for non-compliance with instructions due to failure to adhere to the schedule during the Corendon Alanyaspor-Eyüpspor Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 31.01.2026, in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

3- RAMS Başakşehir is to be fined 220,000 TL for non-compliance with instructions due to failure to adhere to the schedule during the RAMS Başakşehir-Çaykur Rizespor Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 31.01.2026, in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, RAMS Başakşehir administrator Mesut Altan is to be fined 40,000 TL for non-compliance with instructions due to being in non-accredited areas, in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

4- Çaykur Rizespor is to be fined 220,000 TL for non-compliance with instructions due to failure to adhere to the schedule during the RAMS Başakşehir-Çaykur Rizespor Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 31.01.2026, in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

5- Beşiktaş athlete Kristjan Asllani is to be suspended for 2 official matches for a serious foul against an opposing team athlete during the Beşiktaş-Konyaspor Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 31.01.2026, in accordance with Article 43 of the FDT,

6- Konyaspor Club is to be fined 63,000 TL for unsportsmanlike conduct as a team during the Beşiktaş-Konyaspor Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 31.01.2026, in accordance with Article 40/2 of the FDT,

7- Gençlerbirliği Club is to be fined 220,000 TL for field incidents caused by its fans during the Gençlerbirliği-Gaziantep Football Club Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 01.02.2026, in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Gençlerbirliği Club is to be fined 54,000 TL for unsportsmanlike conduct as a team, in accordance with Article 40/2 of the FDT,

8- Galatasaray is to have the electronic tickets of spectators located in the north tribune blocks 106, 107, 206, 208 blocked, preventing their entry to the next home match, due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Galatasaray-Kayserispor Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 01.02.2026, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT,

9- Kocaelispor Club is to be fined 220,000 TL for field incidents caused by its fans during the Kocaelispor-Fenerbahçe Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 02.02.2026, in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT. In accordance with Article 52/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of spectators located in the numbered lower VIP block 115, where the fans involved in the field incidents were located, are to be blocked, preventing their entry to the next home match,

In the same match, Kocaelispor Club is to be fined 400,000 TL for ugly and bad chants caused by its fans, as this is the 2nd time this action has occurred in a match where it was the home team this season, in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT. In accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of spectators located in the north goal back upper tribune blocks 319, 320, 321, north goal back lower tribune blocks 218, 219, 220, east marathon upper tribune blocks 301, 326, 327, east marathon lower tribune blocks 101, 125, 126, south goal back lower tribune blocks 206, 207, 208, and south goal back upper tribune blocks 306, 308, 308 are to be blocked, preventing their entry to the next home match,

In the same match, Kocaelispor Club is to be fined 220,000 TL for non-compliance with instructions due to failure to adhere to the schedule, in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

10- Fenerbahçe is to be fined 220,000 TL for field incidents caused by its fans during the Kocaelispor-Fenerbahçe Trendyol Super League Mehmet Ali Yılmaz Season match played on 02.02.2026, in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Fenerbahçe is to be fined 1,120,000 TL for ugly and bad chants caused by its fans, as this is the 10th time this action has occurred in a match where it was the guest team this season, in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT. In accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of spectators located in the guest tribune blocks 316-A, 316-B, 317 are to be blocked, preventing their entry to the next guest match,

In the same match, Fenerbahçe official Emir Hulusi Yolaç is to be banned from entering the locker room and the substitute bench for 1 official match and fined 80,000 TL for unsportsmanlike conduct, in accordance with Articles 36/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT,

In the same match, Fenerbahçe athlete Milan Skriniar is to be suspended for 2 official matches and fined 80,000 TL for insulting opposing team fans, in accordance with Articles 41/1-a and 35/4 of the FDT, and by applying Article 12 of the FDT."
