PFDK imposes 54-day ban on Serdal Adalı

The decisions taken by the PFDK following its meeting are as follows:

"1- Samsunspor Club, due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Samsunspor-Galatasaray Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 11.04.2025, is to have the electronic tickets of spectators in the north lower stand block 122 and south upper stand block 205, who engaged in the ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next home match of the club,

2- Galatasaray, due to field incidents caused by its fans during the Samsunspor-Galatasaray Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 11.04.2025, is to be fined 168,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT,

3- Göztepe, due to field incidents caused by its fans during the Konyaspor-Göztepe Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 12.04.2025, is to be fined 168,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT,

4- Beşiktaş, due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Beşiktaş-Başakşehir Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 12.04.2025, is to have the electronic tickets of spectators in the Spor Toto North Lower Stand blocks 107, 108, 109, Spor Toto North Upper Stand blocks 408, 412, and East Upper Stand block 413, who engaged in the ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next home match of the club,

In the same match, Beşiktaş is to be fined 168,000 TL due to field incidents caused by its fans in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT,

5- Başakşehir, due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Beşiktaş-Başakşehir Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 12.04.2025, is to have the electronic tickets of spectators in the Spor Toto Guest Stand block 405, who engaged in the ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next home match of the club,

6- Beşiktaş is to be fined 2,000,000 TL in accordance with Article 38/1-b of the FDT due to statements made at the Divan Board meeting on 12.04.2025 and published on the club's official website that were aimed at damaging the reputation of football and institutions, (by majority vote)

Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı is to be given a 54-day ban from football-related activities and fined 1,800,000 TL in accordance with Articles 38/1-a and 38/2 of the FDT, with the application of Article 11/1 of the FDT, due to statements he made at the Divan Board meeting on 12.04.2025 and published on the club's official website that were aimed at damaging the reputation of football and institutions, (by majority vote)

7- Kayserispor Club, due to the unauthorized entry of spectators into the stadium during the Kayserispor-Kasımpaşa Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 13.04.2025, is to be fined 630,000 TL in accordance with Article 49/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club is to have the electronic tickets of spectators in the north stand lower block E and south stand lower block B, who engaged in ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next home match of the club,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club is to be fined 292,500 TL in accordance with Article 49/3 of the FDT for failing to keep stairwells clear, this being the 4th such occurrence in the same season,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club is to be fined 168,000 TL due to field incidents caused by its fans in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club is to be fined 168,000 TL for non-compliance with instructions due to the failure to operate the accreditation system in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club administrator Süleyman Akın is to be fined 58,500 TL for non-compliance with instructions due to allowing unauthorized spectators into the stadium in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club official Okan Akkaya is to be fined 58,500 TL for non-compliance with instructions due to allowing unauthorized spectators into the stadium in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club official Fatma Arman is to be fined 58,500 TL for non-compliance with instructions due to allowing unauthorized spectators into the stadium in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

8- Trabzonspor, due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Trabzonspor-Çaykur Rizespor Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 13.04.2025, is to have the electronic tickets of spectators in the Vestel South Goal Back Lower Stand South Lower J and North Goal Back Lower Stand North Lower J blocks, who engaged in the ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next home match of the club,

9- Çaykur Rizespor, due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Trabzonspor-Çaykur Rizespor Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 13.04.2025, and because this was the first time this act occurred in a match where it was the guest club, is to be issued a warning in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of spectators in the north goal back upper guest stand north upper F, G1, G2, G3 blocks, who engaged in the ugly and bad chants, are to be blocked, thereby preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the guest,

In the same match, Çaykur Rizespor is to be fined 157,500 TL in accordance with Article 49/3 of the FDT for failing to keep stairwells clear, this being the 2nd such occurrence in the same season, (by majority vote)

In the same match, it was decided that Çaykur Rizespor be fined 336,000 TL due to field incidents caused by its fans in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT."
