According to the statement made by the Turkish Basketball Federation, Anadolu Efes, Fenerbahçe Beko, Beşiktaş Emlakjet, Pınar Karşıyaka, Galatasaray Ekmas, Manisa Büyükşehir Belediyespor, Aliağa Petkimspor, and Türk Telekom, which finished the regular season in the top 8, have qualified for the play-offs.

In the play-off quarter-final matchups, teams that secure two wins will advance to the semi-finals.
