WHAT HAPPENED?
The FIBA Women's Super Cup basketball match between Fenerbahçe Opet and Beşiktaş was stopped after spectators threw flammable and explosive materials onto the court.
The match, held at the Basketball Development Center, was halted after 1 minute and 56 seconds of play following the throwing of flammable and explosive materials onto the court by spectators. After the match was paused, the players and referees headed to the locker rooms.
Security forces took precautions in front of the press tribune where the foreign objects were thrown.
