Sevilla took the lead in the 24th minute with a goal from Sergio Ramos. The experienced player managed to score the 10,000th goal in Champions League history.
The home team extended the lead to two in the 47th minute with a goal from Youssef En Nesyri. Sevilla was reduced to 10 men in the 66th minute after Lucas Ocampos received a red card.
The visiting side, PSV Eindhoven, equalized with a goal from Ismael Saibari in the 68th minute and an own goal by Nemanja Gudelj in the 81st minute.
Stepping up in the final moments of the match, PSV Eindhoven player Ricardo Pepi scored in the 90+2nd minute to secure the victory for his team.
Following this result, PSV moved up to 8 points, while Sevilla remained at 2 points.
In the final week of the group stage, PSV will host Arsenal, while Sevilla will travel to face Lens.
