In a statement regarding the matter, the club said, "Real Madrid CF has reached an agreement to extend the contract of our player Eder Militao, who remains linked to the club, until June 30, 2028."
Militao, who transferred to Real Madrid from Porto in 2019 for 50 million euros, has won 9 trophies with the Spanish team, including 1 Champions League, 1 Club World Cup, 1 UEFA Super Cup, 2 La Liga titles, 1 Copa del Rey, and 3 Spanish Super Cups. The Brazilian footballer has appeared in 143 matches for Real Madrid and scored 11 goals.
Eder Militao has only been able to play in 1 match this season due to an ACL injury. The Brazilian footballer is expected to return to the pitch in March.
