The same defeat for Beşiktaş after 36 years!

Beşiktaş suffered a 5-0 defeat at home against Club Brugge in the fifth match of Group D in the UEFA Europa Conference League. With this result, the black-and-white team experienced its second-heaviest home defeat in Europe.

Previously, in the 1986-87 season, in the tournament then known as the European Cup, they were also defeated 5-0 at home against Dynamo Kyiv.

On the other hand, the black-and-whites also experienced their biggest defeat at Beşiktaş Park, which was completed in the 2015-2016 season.

Previously, they had been defeated 4-0 by Giresunspor in the 2021-2022 season and 4-1 by Sporting in the Champions League that same season.
