Samsunspor coach Gisdol: The penalty given is too much

Süper Lig side Yılport Samsunspor manager Markus Gisdol said they are planning to perform at a high level against MKE Ankaragücü and achieve the best possible result.

Pointing out that MKE Ankaragücü plays in two different ways, Gisdol said, "They performed very well against Fenerbahçe. We need to prepare for our opponent very well. I think if we play at a high tempo and show a high performance as we have done before, we will get a good result," he said.

THE PENALTY IS TOO MUCH

Reminding that Marius Moundilmadji received a 2-match suspension due to the red card he saw in the Başakşehir match, Gisdol stated, "I definitely think the 2-match suspension for Marius Moundilmadji is too much. I hope we can reduce it to 1 match by appealing. As for our injured players, some have returned to the team. I hope if these injured players prepare in the best way, we can use them in the next match. Together with our players returning from injury, we will face our opponent with our best squad," he expressed.
