In the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, Fenerbahçe Beko will face the defending champion Real Madrid away tomorrow evening.
Making evaluations before the match, Fenerbahçe Head Coach Sarunas Jasikevicius spoke to the club's website. Stating that they will be competing against the best team in Europe, Saras said, "Of course, we need to go there with the understanding that a very difficult game awaits us, and with the necessary desire and ambition to win. As always, the key against Madrid will be not to allow easy points. Because they are very good in transition offense and three-point shooting. After that, the deciding factor will be rebounds. We need to reduce the offensive rebounding power of Tavares and Poirier."
Fenerbahçe Beko's American player Nate Sestina emphasized that they are heading into a big game, stating, "The upcoming matches are of great importance for us to secure a spot in the playoffs. Honestly, Real Madrid is a very good team. They are in first place in the standings. Despite the result last time, this will be a new game; therefore, we must prepare in the best way possible, stay focused, and give everything we have."
