Serdal Adalı announces his 200 million Euro project

In a post shared on his social media account, Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı stated, "We are signing off on projects together that will bring financial independence to our Beşiktaş. In addition to our land in the Dikilitaş neighborhood, which covers an area of 15,382.49 square meters, we are acquiring the title deed for an additional approximately 5,000 square meters of land allocated to our club and adding it to the project. 

On this 20,000 square meter area, we are building a major real estate project in partnership with Emlak Konut. This project, which we anticipate will bring nearly 200 million Euros in revenue to our Beşiktaş, will take its place as the highest revenue-generating project in our history. The other stakeholder in this project will be the most reliable institution in its field, Emlak Konut. Furthermore, we are planning for Ziraat Bankası to be involved in this project as well.

The Dikilitaş project will be carried out under the guarantee of our state. With the revenue generated from here, we aim to pay off our debts to the Banks Consortium and rid ourselves as soon as possible of our interest burden, which amounts to approximately 125,000 Euros per day. Instead of throwing away a massive sum of nearly 50 million Euros a year on interest expenses, we desire to use such a budget to build championship-winning Beşiktaş squads. 

The fact that the zoning rights for our land in Dikilitaş are being obtained and brought into the economy of our Beşiktaş is, contrary to deliberate perceptions being created, a historic opportunity for our Beşiktaş and a turning point for our financial independence.

To evaluate this historic opportunity and to make the right decision for our Beşiktaş together, I invite all our general assembly members to our General Assembly meeting that we will hold on June 22, and I believe that we will build an independent Beşiktaş together. What matters is Beşiktaş!"
