Serdal Adalı files criminal complaint over alleged leak of private flight information to the press
Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı has initiated legal proceedings, alleging that confidential information regarding his private flights was leaked to the media.
Beşiktaş Club President Serdal Adalı has filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office, alleging that information regarding his private flights conducted through the General Aviation Terminal at Istanbul Atatürk Airport was leaked to the press and the public.
According to a report by journalist Burak Doğan, Adalı filed the complaint with the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, stating that the information in question was confidential yet had been disseminated. It was noted that the application was made with the request to investigate who or whom had shared the flight information.
In the petition, it was alleged that Adalı's flight information was "leaked to the press through corporate systems accessible only to a limited number of personnel." The petition stated,
"It is our request that an investigation be launched and a public lawsuit be filed regarding the crimes committed by leaking Serdal Adalı's flight information to the press through corporate systems accessible only to a limited number of personnel."
