US-born Turkish basketball player Shane Larkin, who plays for Anadolu Efes, has been named the most valuable player (MVP) of the week in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.
According to the announcement from the organization, the national point guard earned the title of MVP of the week after reaching a performance index rating of 41 in the 13th round matches.
The 31-year-old player played a leading role in his team's 97-89 victory over German side ALBA Berlin, recording 32 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals.
Larkin, who has received this honor for the 16th time in his career, has now tied the record held by former Fenerbahçe Beko player Nando De Colo of France.
