The championship race between Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe in the Süper Lig is breathtaking.
Galatasaray, holding the advantage, cleared a critical hurdle by winning 3-0 away against Adana Demirspor.
Fenerbahçe, meanwhile, continued its pursuit by defeating Beşiktaş 2-1 at home.
On the Beyaz Futbol program broadcast on Beyaz TV, sports commentator Sinan Engin evaluated the championship race between Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe.
According to Engin, the uncertainty of the Süper Lig championship will persist until the final week.
Stating that Galatasaray knows how to win, Engin said, "Galatasaray players, whether their performance is good or bad, know how to win. This has continued throughout the season. They won many of their matches by narrow margins last season as well. They successfully navigated important turning points at the beginning of the season after their European matches."
"IT WILL BE A DO-OR-DIE MATCH"
Saying, "I think the championship possibility will carry over to the final week," Engin commented, "Galatasaray's match against Konyaspor away will be practically a do-or-die match."
"THE SAME THING COULD HAPPEN AGAIN..."
Engin continued regarding the Konyaspor match in the final week of the league:
"It will be a match that won't be easy. The relegation zone is on fire, and Konyaspor has not yet fully reached the safe zone.
There is only a one-match difference between them. Also, I would like to remind you that Konyaspor ended Galatasaray's winning streak last season. The same thing could happen again."
