The 82-year-old Scottish manager, who etched his name into Manchester United history, has revealed an unfortunate incident he experienced.
Alex Ferguson announced that he broke his rib while celebrating a 600 thousand euro horse racing victory at the races held in Bahrain last year.
Describing the moment the race ended as one of the best moments of his life, Ferguson said, "My friend grabbed me and we were jumping up and down. I felt a pain at that moment. But I didn't really care. I was so happy at that moment."
Since his coaching career, Sir Alex Ferguson has frequently made headlines in the British press due to his interest in horses.
