Solskjaer claim! 'Beşiktaş wants him to challenge Mourinho'

Beşiktaş, which finished the Süper Lig in 6th place and took the Turkish Cup to its trophy cabinet, continues its search for a manager.

WILL THE SOLSKJAER-MOURINHO RIVALRY HAPPEN?

According to the report relayed by T24 from the Mirror; the Black and Whites are not giving up on Solskjaer, whom they held talks with last December but could not reach an agreement with.

In its report, the British newspaper also referenced Fenerbahçe's agreement with Jose Mourinho, commenting that "Beşiktaş wants Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to challenge Jose Mourinho in Turkey next season."

The Norwegian manager parted ways with his last club, Manchester United, in November 2021.
