Statement from Aziz Yıldırım regarding Serhat Akın

Former Fenerbahçe president Aziz Yıldırım condemned the armed attack on Serhat Akın.

Condemning the attack, Yıldırım included the following statements in his message:

"I learned with sadness about the armed attack carried out last night against our former footballer Serhat Akın, who once wore our football team's jersey and contributed to our championships.

I strongly condemn this heinous attack.

My expectation from the relevant units of our state is that the perpetrators of this attack and those behind them be quickly identified, disclosed to the public, and ensured to receive the necessary punishments.
