VakıfBank has released a statement regarding the health status of national volleyball player Cansu Özbay. In the statement made on the club's social media account, it was stated that Özbay has a nerve entrapment in the sole of her right foot, that her treatment will take 20 days, and that her return to the court will be re-evaluated after this period.
VakıfBank, one of the teams in the Volleyball Sultanlar League, has announced that a change has been made to Cansu Özbay's treatment program.

In the statement made by VakıfBank, it was stated: "A change has been made to the treatment program of our athlete Cansu Özbay, who has plantar fasciitis and nerve entrapment in the sole of her right foot. During this process, our athlete will not be able to participate in team training, and in order to maintain training quality, Russian setter Ekaterina Lazareva will join our team for training sessions. A re-evaluation regarding Cansu Özbay's return to the court will be made after her treatment, which is planned to last for approximately 20 more days. We wish our athlete a speedy recovery and present this to the public's information."
