Beşiktaş has provided an update regarding the health status of English footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
In a statement released on the black-and-white club's social media account, it was stated: "Following the trauma to his right knee in the 11th minute of our Football A Team's Trendyol Süper Lig match against Adana Demirspor, which forced him to leave the game, an MRI scan performed at Acıbadem Altunizade Hospital has revealed a strain and edema in the medial collateral ligament of Alex Chamberlain's right knee. Treatment for Alex Chamberlain has been initiated by our medical team."
