Reports had been circulated that Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç and his entourage went to the Fenerbahçe Volunteers Association, reacted harshly to association president Emrah Tunay regarding the collection of signatures, and that the tension between the parties ended with the intervention of the fans at the association.

STATEMENT FROM TUNAY

Following the reports that the association was raided by Ali Koç, the following statement came from Fenerbahçe Volunteers Association Board Chairman Emrah Tünay:

"Late this evening, President Ali Koç came to the Fenerbahçe Volunteers Association together with executives Burak Kızılhan and Can Gebetaş.

We observe that there is significant misinformation on social media regarding what happened.

We will make the necessary statements during the day regarding President Koç's visit to our association and what transpired.
