Fenerbahçe presidential candidate Hakan Bilal Kutlualp made statements to Burak Güngör. Kutlualp's remarks on Mourinho drew attention.
SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN
Stating that the signature campaign initiated by congress members for the election is continuing at full speed, Kutlualp said, "The number of signatures is at a very good level. I expect it to be completed within 1 week. We will submit them at the beginning of the month."
On the other hand, Hakan Bilal Kutlualp announced that if he becomes president and fails to win the championship in the first season, he will resign from his post.
WILL HE WITHDRAW IF AZIZ YILDIRIM BECOMES A CANDIDATE?
When asked, "Will you withdraw if Aziz Yıldırım becomes a candidate?", Hakan Bilal Kutlualp replied, "We can talk about everything with everyone. As long as it is in the interest of Fenerbahçe. As long as people realize this bad trend, otherwise we are heading towards an abyss. The love for Fenerbahçe and the phenomenon itself is not an environment for anyone to settle personal scores."
JOSE MOURINHO DECISION
Meanwhile, Kutlualp announced that he would bid farewell to Jose Mourinho if he takes office. The presidential candidate also claimed that the current administration would send Mourinho away as well.
In his statement regarding the Portuguese manager, Kutlualp said, "Jose Mourinho has no chance of working in Europe anymore. He will likely turn to the Middle East market. He is trying to take something from here as he leaves."
Hakan Bilal Kutlualp stated that he plans to bring in a German manager to replace Jose Mourinho, saying, "Germans are hardworking and disciplined. I will prefer the German school. The best manager to have worked at Fenerbahçe in the last 20 years is Daum. I want a manager who plays offensively and thinks about scoring many goals."
