Süleyman Hurma makes a bombshell claim regarding the Süper Lig!
Stating that FIFA and UEFA are monitoring Turkish football, Fatih Karagümrük President Süleyman Hurma said, "The Turkish League is facing the danger of not being registered."
Fatih Karagümrük President Süleyman Hurma made statements regarding the sports agenda.
Speaking about the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) elections, Hurma claimed that the Süper Lig could face a situation where it is not registered.
Hurma reported that all 20 clubs in the Union of Clubs have reached a consensus on the TFF taking a decision to hold elections.
Expressing that the collection of signatures for the TFF to go to early elections has been diluted, Süleyman Hurma evaluated Dursun Özbek's proposal to 'Let's solve this through negotiation' and said, "I stated at the meeting that nothing would come of that negotiation. A delegation was chosen, they went to meet, and nothing came of the meeting."
Responding to the claim that 'unauthorized signatures are being collected', Süleyman Hurma remarked, "Club delegations are chosen by a board of directors decision. No one can collect unauthorized signatures. You go to a notary, state that you want to give a signature, and the notary asks for the board of directors decision, sees it, and then registers it."
"THE TURKISH LEAGUE IS FACING THE DANGER OF NOT BEING REGISTERED"
Answering the question of whether the presidential election at the TFF will be moved to June, Süleyman Hurma concluded his words by saying, "FIFA and UEFA are monitoring Turkish football. Let us also be clear about this: if this situation continues, the Turkish League is facing the danger of not being registered. How many times have the UEFA and FIFA Presidents made statements in one month? We have come onto their agenda twice in one month. Therefore, let us do what we need to do as soon as possible so we do not pay heavier prices."
