Super Cup scandal: Consecutive Atatürk posts from Galatasaray's Torreira!
Following the scandal at the Super Cup, Galatasaray's Uruguayan footballer Lucas Torreira made consecutive posts about Atatürk on his social media account.
The Turkish Football Federation decided to hold the Super Cup final between Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe in Saudi Arabia, despite reactions from the sports community.

CONTRADICTORY STATEMENTS FROM THE TFF
Following this crisis, while the TFF initially announced that the match would begin with the national anthem, the teams decided not to take the field in the following hours, and the TFF removed its statement from social media.
The TFF, Fenerbahçe, and Galatasaray announced in a joint statement that the Super Cup final had been cancelled.
Galatasaray's Uruguayan midfielder Lucas Torreira made consecutive posts about Atatürk on his social media account following the cancellation announcement.
Sharing a photo of Lefter Küçükandonyadis and Metin Oktay shaking hands in front of an Atatürk portrait on his story, Torreira also shared the Republic's 100th-anniversary choreographies of Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe.
