Fenerbahçe, which is undergoing changes to its squad for the new season, continues its transfer efforts for the defensive line. Following preparations for parting ways with Çağlar Söyüncü, the yellow-navy team has begun evaluating new candidates for the center-back position.
It has been stated that Fenerbahçe has added Adil Demirbağ, who plays for Konyaspor, to its agenda. It was reported that after Alanyaspor's Ümit Akdağ reached an agreement with Beşiktaş, the yellow-navy management turned its focus to the 28-year-old defender.
It was conveyed that contacts have begun between Konyaspor and Fenerbahçe for the transfer of Adil Demirbağ, and that negotiations regarding the transfer fee are ongoing. It was learned that Konyaspor is demanding 3.5 million euros for the player.
Adil Demirbağ, who has been playing for Konyaspor for approximately 6 years, has a current contract with his club that expires on June 30, 2027. It was noted that the parties are seeking common ground for an agreement and that discussions are continuing.
