Tamer Mert's resignation was reported by Beşiktaş to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
The statement issued included the following remarks:
"Our company's Board Member, Mr. Tamer MERT, has resigned from his position as a member of the board of directors as of 03.01.2025 (today)."
